The Captain Fawcett Synthetic Fibre Shaving Brush is a shaving brush made from synthetic fibres with a sustainably sourced wooden handle, completely vegan-friendly.
Used with soap or shaving cream, this brush produces a lush, rich and voluminous lather, allowing for an extremely close wet shave.

Traditionally, the best shaving brushes were made from captive-bred badger hair, due to the excellent water-retaining properties of the cuticle.

However, after thorough research, our lab experts found a great alternative and developed a synthetic fibre with extremely fine tips, ideal for people with sensitive skin, that perfectly mimics the characteristics needed for a truly remarkable shave.
