Lockhart's Phenom Cream Tonic gets its name from the fact that while it was designed as a post and pre-styling product, it also provides hairdressers with additional benefits when cutting their clients' hair.

It offers a firm yet weightless hold, a matt finish and lots of volume.

Unique characteristics: Water based: Fully water soluble for easy performance. Pre Styler: Provides extra structure for high texture styles. Post Styler: Can be used as a final styling product for flowing styles.

How to use: 

Apply a portion of the product to your hair from back to front. Make sure you get to the roots. Brush the product through to ensure even coverage. Bring the hair in the desired direction with a hair dryer over medium heat. Once the hair is flowing properly, apply cold air to fix the style.
