The DELIVERY POLICY is an integral part of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the online store www.ibarber.ro.
SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will deliver the products within the terms mentioned on the ONLINE STORE for the ordered product, on the date the ORDER is generated or no later than 30 days from the date the CUSTOMER generated the ORDER, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
If it cannot execute the CONTRACT due to the fact that the product or service is/is no longer available, SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will inform the CLIENT about this unavailability, following that the sums of money paid in advance by the CLIENT for the unavailable product or service will be reimbursed within a maximum of 3 working days.
If the delivery deadlines cannot be met, the representatives of SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will inform the CLIENT about the estimated deadline for completing the delivery.
If SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. receives erroneous information related to the invoicing or delivery of the products, may refuse to honor the delivery, without this being considered a violation of the CONTRACT, or may establish a new deadline for honoring the order.
The products sold by SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. can be delivered throughout the territory of Romania, using the delivery method and term chosen by the CLIENT when placing the order. After the shipment of the package, the CUSTOMER will receive a notification email regarding the new status of the order.
SHOWROOM PICKUP IS FREE
To pick up the products from the showroom, placing the order is mandatory. After you have added the ordered products to the shopping cart, choose the "Personal pickup" option. The showroom is located in Bucharest, on Costache Negri street, no. 10A, ground floor, apartment 02 (Heroes metro area, Piata Operei). Pickup schedule Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00. The order can be paid online with the card at the time of its placement or at the showroom with cash or card. If the products you ordered are in stock in the showroom, you can pick them up immediately. If the products are not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail or SMS when they will arrive in the showroom for you to pick up. From the moment they arrive, the products are kept in the showroom for 3 days (including the day you receive the pick-up notice).
SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
All orders placed from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 15:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m., on Saturdays and Sundays or on statutory holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day. In rare cases (promotions with a strong impact, Black Friday, unforeseen events, etc.) the processing of orders may take longer due to the large volume of parcels. However, the processing of confirmed orders will not exceed 72 working hours.
The processing of orders that include products whose stock was wrongly reported by our e-commerce platform or those placed by users who could not be contacted by our company's sales advisors, will be postponed until the situation is resolved.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
The standard delivery rate is presented at the time of placing the order in our online store www.ibarber.ro. The price of the courier service is included as a separate line in the order placed and received by email. Currently, the delivery time is 1-2 working days from the moment the package is sent.
Parcel delivery on Saturday is possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery is done in the Door to Door system (the parcel is delivered directly to the address requested by the CLIENT).
The package is stored for delivery for a maximum of 5 days by the Courier. If you do not pick up the package within this interval, it will be returned to our company.
As a restrictive measure for customers with a negative history, who do not pick up the ordered products, we reserve the right to stop sending new orders without their payment being made in full in advance.
