The PRODUCT RETURN POLICY is part of the www.ibarber.ro TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE of the online store www.ibarber.ro and applies only to persons according to the legislation in force.

The CLIENT has the right to return any product ordered from www.ibarber.ro within 14 days of receiving it and may request a refund or exchange for another product. In both cases, the monetary value returned or the product replaced refers strictly to the cost of the products, excluding shipping fees.
The transport payment related to the returned product, respectively that related to the product sent for replacement, falls to the customer. If you choose to refund the value of the product, this will be done within 14 days of receipt by SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. of the returned product.
For returns, only products that comply exactly with the form in which they were delivered, accompanied by the purchase invoice, are accepted.
The following are not accepted for return:

  • Personal Care Products (including Cosmetics) for reasons of customer health protection, these products cannot be returned unless they have been used, unsealed or tested;
  • Products that do not have the labels intact, have broken or erased seals
  • Products purchased from other stores
  • Products not accompanied by documents proving the purchase (invoice or tax receipt)
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer, regardless of whether or not they were used after unsealing (e.g.: razors, clippers, etc. ); (According to art. 9 par. (1), related to art. 16 letter e) of the Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 regarding consumer rights within concluded contracts, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts, they cannot be returned, for reasons of health protection and for reasons of hygiene, the products that are used for the latter purposes, as well as for other purposes to the extent that the subsequent use of the product used may affect the health of the consumer, as long as they have been unsealed by the consumer.)

Some of the measures are specific to cosmetic products because their validity period is calculated starting with the first opening of the packaging, and with their use/testing, there is the risk of virus transmission by transferring the product to another person.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE
To return a product, follow the steps below:

  • Make sure that the product exactly meets the conditions listed above
  • Fill in the standard return form that you can acces from here
  • Contact the Customer Relations service at the e-mail address salut[@]ibarber.ro
  • After the return request was approved by an operator from ibarber.ro, pack the product appropriately so that it is protected from shocks that may occur during transport. Products that are returned in improper form due to defective packaging will not be able to benefit from the return guarantee.
  • Send the package to the address: Bucharest, Sector 5, str. Costache Negri, no. 10A, apartment 02, intercom 02, phone: 0741.177.414.

After receiving the package, you will be contacted by a member of the Customer Relations department who will deal with the return of your product.
If replacement with another product is requested, it will be shipped as soon as possible (as long as it is available in stock). The reimbursement of the value of the product will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return.
