SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. makes efforts to maintain the correctness of the information displayed on our online store. However, we inform you that the image of the products is informative and the delivered products may differ from the images, due to changes in the characteristics, design, without prior notification by the manufacturers. Also, some characteristics or the price of the products presented on the site may be changed without notice or may contain operating errors.
The promotions and offers present on our online store are valid within the limit of available stock.
Continuing to visit the Site assumes that you agree with these terms and conditions and the legislation in force on the territory of Romania. The use of the website www.ibarber.ro implies the unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions shown below.
The services provided through the site are addressed to persons over 18 years of age or minors between the ages of 14-18 who have parental consent to use the site. Your use of the Site requires you to read and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. By continuing to visit the site, you agree to these terms and conditions.
SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. reserves the right to choose its customers, to change, correct, modify, add and/or withdraw in part or in whole the Conditions, Terms or prices of the products.
The User confirms that he has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions presented, please stop using this website.

1. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

USER: any person who accesses our online store, for private or professional purposes and who has accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use, by completing the registration process.
CLIENT: that user who initiates and completes an order on ibarber.ro
ABUSIVE USE: using our online store in a way contrary to the practice in the field, the regulations or the provisions of the legislation in force or in any other way that may cause damage to our company or other users.
ORDER: electronic document, generated as a result of accessing the online store by a CLIENT, which acts as a form of contract between SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. and the latter.
CONTRACT: AN ORDER confirmed by SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L., by which we agree to deliver the CLIENT the products requested by him, and the CLIENT agrees to pay for them.
NEWSLETTER: The "newsletter" electronic service that allows Customers or Users to receive periodic information from the Seller, especially about Promotional Campaigns and Products offered for sale within ibarber.ro, to the e-mail address or telephone number that The Customer and/or User provided them in the Account creation process;

2. INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESS OF SALES OPERATIONS
By placing an ORDER on the online store www.ibarber.ro, the CUSTOMER agrees to be contacted (by phone and/or e-mail) by representatives of SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L.
When the representatives of SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. confirm the execution of an ORDER, this will imply full acceptance of the terms of the ORDER. The acceptance of the order by our company is considered completed when there is an electronic confirmation (e-mail) from the COMPANY to the CLIENT, without requiring a confirmation of receipt from the latter.
SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. never consider an unconfirmed ORDER as having the value of a CONTRACT. Therefore, the CONTRACT enters into force upon confirmation of the ORDER by the company.
These general sales terms and conditions will form the basis of the CONTRACT thus concluded.

3. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The object of the CONTRACT is the product/products regarding which the CLIENT has expressed the option to buy them, by generating an ORDER on www.ibarber.ro confirmed by the sales staff of our company. The product(s) has/have the characteristics mentioned on the online store.

4. THE PRICE OF THE CONTRACT
The price of the product/products is that mentioned on www.ibarber.ro It can be changed at any time, without notice. The only exceptions are the orders that have already been launched. Price changes do not apply retroactively.

SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. points out that there may be cases when, as a result of malfunctions of the ONLINE STORE or errors, the price displayed on www.ibarber.ro may not be the real one.
In the cases mentioned above, SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will inform the CLIENT about the correct price. The price includes all taxes, with the exception of product delivery costs (see chapter 5).

5. DELIVERY METHODS
SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will fulfill its contractual obligations within a maximum of 5 working days from the date on which it communicated the confirmation message regarding the ORDER to the CLIENT. If it cannot execute the CONTRACT because the product is not available, SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will inform the CLIENT about this situation.
SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will never deliver to the CLIENT a similar product with the same price, in the event that the initially requested product is not available.
The products ordered through www.ibarber.ro can be picked up personally by the CLIENT or delivered through express courier services.

6. PAYMENT METHODS
The price, payment method and payment term are specified in the ORDER. SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will issue to the CLIENT an order that may also contain the invoice for the products and services to be delivered, the CLIENT's obligation being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice according to the tax legislation in force.
Payments can be made in the cash on delivery system, by depositing cash into the account, by payment order, depending on the options available in our online store www.ibarber.ro.

Payment in the cash-on-delivery system is made in cash, in full, upon delivery of the products. Payment will be made directly to the courier company based on the receipt.
Payment by Payment Order is made only on the basis of the proforma invoice issued by SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L, following the telephone confirmation of the order with a sales consultant.

SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L does not take responsibility for any problems that may arise between the courier company and the CUSTOMER to whom the products ordered through the online store www.ibarber.ro are to be delivered.
SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L discharges the risks and responsibilities associated with the products and services ordered by the CLIENTS when they are delivered to the courier, on the basis of the contract, or to the CLIENT's representative.
SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L will ensure the appropriate packaging of the goods and will ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents to the CLIENT. The products will be delivered only on the territory of Romania. Ownership of the products and services will be transferred to the CLIENT at the time of payment.

7. RETURN POLICY
The product return policy applies only to natural persons according to the legislation in force.

The CLIENT has the right to return any product ordered from www.ibarber.ro within 14 days of receiving it and may request a refund or exchange for another product. In both cases, the monetary value returned or the product replaced refers strictly to the cost of the products, excluding shipping fees.
The transport payment related to the returned product, respectively that related to the product sent for replacement, falls to the customer. If you opt for a refund of the product value, this will be done within 14 days of receipt by SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. of the returned product.
For returns, only products that comply exactly with the form in which they were delivered, accompanied by the purchase invoice, are accepted.
The following are not accepted for return:

Personal Care Products (including Cosmetics) for reasons of customer health protection, these products cannot be returned unless they have been used, unsealed or tested;
Products that do not have the labels intact, have broken or erased seals;
Products purchased from other stores;
Products not accompanied by documents proving the purchase (invoice or tax receipt);
Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer, regardless of whether or not they were used after unsealing (e.g.: razors, clippers, etc. );

Some of the measures are specific to cosmetic products because their validity period is calculated starting with the first opening of the packaging, and with their use/testing, there is the risk of virus transmission by transferring the product to another person.

8. PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE
To return a product, follow the steps below:

Make sure that the product exactly meets the conditions listed above
Complete the online return form that you can access from here;
Contact the Customer Relations service at the email address salut@ibarber.ro;
Pack the product appropriately so that it is protected from shocks that may occur during transport. Products that are returned in improper form due to defective packaging will not be able to benefit from the return guarantee.
Send the package to the address mentioned on the return form: Bucharest, Sector 5, str. Costache Negri, no. 10A, apartment 02, intercom 02, phone: 0741.177.414.

After receiving the package, you will be contacted by a member of the Customer Relations department who will deal with the return of your product.
If the replacement with another product is requested, it will be shipped as soon as possible (as long as it is available in stock). The refund of the product value will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return.

9. TERMS AND COST OF DELIVERY
SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will deliver the products within the terms mentioned on the ONLINE STORE for the ordered product, on the date the ORDER is generated or no later than 30 days from the date the CUSTOMER generated the ORDER, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
If it cannot execute the CONTRACT due to the fact that the product or service is/is no longer available, SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will inform the CLIENT about this unavailability, following that the sums of money paid in advance by the CLIENT for the unavailable product or service will be reimbursed within a maximum of 3 working days.
If the delivery deadlines cannot be met, the representatives of SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will inform the CLIENT about the estimated deadline for completing the delivery.
If SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. receives erroneous information related to the invoicing or delivery of the products, may refuse to honor the delivery, without this being considered a violation of the CONTRACT, or may establish a new deadline for honoring the order.
The products sold by SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. can be delivered throughout the territory of Romania, using the delivery method and term chosen by the CLIENT when placing the order. After the shipment of the package, the CUSTOMER will receive a notification email regarding the new status of the order.

SHIPMENT OF ORDERS

All orders placed from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 15:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m., on Saturdays and Sundays or on statutory holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day. In rare cases (promotions with a strong impact, Black Friday, unforeseen events, etc.) the processing of orders may take longer due to the large volume of parcels. However, the processing of confirmed orders will not exceed 72 working hours.
Processing of orders that include products whose stock was wrongly reported by our e-commerce platform or those placed by users who could not be contacted by our company's sales advisors, will be postponed until the situation is resolved.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

The standard delivery rate is presented at the time of placing the order in our online store www.ibarber.ro. The price of the courier service is included as a separate line in the order placed and received by email. Currently, the delivery term is 2 working days from the moment the package is sent.
Parcel delivery on Saturday is possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery is done in the Door to Door system (the parcel is delivered directly to the address requested by the CLIENT).
The package is stored for delivery for a maximum of 5 days by the Rapid Courier. If you do not pick up the package within this interval, it will be returned to our company.
As a restrictive measure for customers with a negative history, who do not pick up the ordered products, we reserve the right to stop sending new orders without their payment being made in full in advance.

10. PRIVACY POLICY
The confidentiality of the personal information of the CUSTOMERS who use www.ibarber.ro is a priority for SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. which is why we treat this subject with the utmost seriousness.
SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. collects information through the website www.ibarber.ro in accordance with the Romanian legislation that refers to these aspects. The site places a "cookie" on the visitor's computer, which is used to collect statistical information regarding the use of our site and the automatic authentication of the client.

SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. undertakes not to transmit the collected data to third parties, with the exceptions of the situations expressly provided by the legislation of the Romanian state in force. Thus, the personal information of clients can be provided to the Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the Courts or other competent state bodies, based on and within the limits of the legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests.

Any user who has explicitly provided personal data on the www.ibarber.ro website can opt for their deletion from our database by sending an e-mail to sales@ibarber.ro.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be tried first, within 30 working days from the registration of the complaint at the headquarters of SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L.. If an agreement cannot be reached within the previously specified term, the court from the same administrative structure as the seat of SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will be considered competent.

11. LEGAL INFORMATION
COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITY
SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. cannot be held responsible for any loss in the event that this is caused by non-compliance with the present terms and conditions/CONTRACT and the other instructions mentioned on the online store.
SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. is also not responsible for the damages created as a result of the non-functioning of the online store as well as for those resulting from the impossibility of accessing certain links accessible from the online store.
SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. is not responsible for damages of any kind that the CLIENT or any third party may suffer as a result of the COMPANY fulfilling any of its obligations under the CONTRACT and for damages resulting from the use of the products and services after delivery and in particular for the loss of the products .

GUARANTEES
All products sold in the online store benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the legislation in force and the manufacturers' commercial policies. The products are new, in the original packaging and come from sources authorized by each individual manufacturer.
Complaints regarding defects of the purchased product/products can be made through the Contact Form.

MAJOR FORCE
None of the parties will be responsible for the non-execution of its contractual obligations, if such non-execution is due to a force majeure event, in accordance with the legislation in force.

APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION
The CONTRACT is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. and the CLIENT will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All materials integrated in this online store are the intellectual property of SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. These materials may not be copied or reproduced, except for the period they need to be viewed online. However, the complete pages of the online store can be printed if they are intended to be used for strictly personal purposes.
Without overlooking the general applicability of the aforementioned, SMART BARBER SOLUTIONS S.R.L. may occasionally offer the opportunity to download wallpapers, screensavers or other utility programs through the online store.
